NcTechnologies was founded by Mr Jason Byron and Mr Joseph (Joe) D’Amico in 2000.

Joe and Jason began working on CNC profiling machines in 1984 with Farley Manufacturing in the original Melbourne, Glenroy factory. Here they were introduced to the HT40 Hypertherm’s first Mechanized plasma.

Farley Manufacturing went into liquidation in July 2000, this left a need in the industry  for servicing and repairing of the Farley customer machines. This was the beginning of NC Technologies.

In the beginning, things were tight with little capital. Both Jason and Joe were in high demand, the organisation grew rapidly and they moved into their first factory in Campbellfield in 2001.

They began purchasing Hypertherm products through 3rd party organisations in order to support the growing customer base.

In 2008 they officially became recognized Hypertherm service agents and their customers enjoyed the benefit which comes with such prestigious acknowledgements from Hypertherm.

They also teamed up with a New Zealand company called Kinetic Engineering who were and still are producing high quality CNC profiling cutting machine systems and were recognized as a sales and service agent in Australia.

In 2007 they were well established and had well and truly outgrown their current premises. They shifted into another factory approximately four times the size of the original, this is where operations continue from today.

NC Technologies continues to innovate and improve its overall offering to their customers.
